Refund and Cancellation Policy for purchases made in the PCX Marketplace

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • As a general rule, confirmed orders in the PCX Marketplace are deemed final and non-refundable.
  • Refunds will only be considered if the buyer contacts PCX Markets (info@pcxmarkets.com) to request a cancellation before the confirmation of the plastic credit purchase.
  • Once the buyer confirms the purchase in accordance with the Terms of Service (under ‘Purchase Process’) and the plastic credits are earmarked and assigned to the buyer, the purchase becomes final and nonrefundable.

2. Cancellation Process:

  • Buyers may request a cancellation by contacting PCX Markets (info@pcxmarkets.com) via email or other communication channels provided by PCX Marketplace.
  • Cancellation requests must be made before the confirmation of the plastic credit purchase.
  • Once the buyer confirms the purchase, cancellation requests will not be entertained, and the purchase becomes final.

3. Confirmation of Purchase:

  • Upon receiving the order, PCX Markets will contact the buyer to confirm the details of the purchase, including the name of the person/entity in whose name the plastic credits will be purchased and retired.
  • Once the buyer confirms the purchase details via email or another approved communication channel, the order is deemed final and nonrefundable.

4. Exceptions:

  • In exceptional circumstances, PCX Markets may consider refund or cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis, at its sole discretion.
  • Any exceptions to this policy will be communicated transparently to affected buyers.

5. Communication:

  • The PCX Marketplace will provide clear information regarding the refund and cancellation policy on its website or platform.
  • Buyers will be informed during the checkout process that once they confirm the purchase details, the order becomes final and nonrefundable.

6. Policy Updates:

  • This refund and cancellation policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated as necessary.
  • Any updates or modifications to the policy will be communicated to buyers in advance.
